The design principal for Trivaco branding reflected a crisp, industrial flair with strong black accents and shades of blue reinforced with a modern gradient effect to add subtle styling without redefining the brand. The color scheme also added complimentary highlight colors for URL links, important text emphasis and design flair. Font choices were easy to read, industrial and matched the existing brand.

Image selection and composition reflected Trivaco’s services and products. Particular attention was given to close-ups, images with good color and minimized depth of field in order to focus attention on the subject. Photos were heavily modified to better achieve these goals. We really emphasized the need for photos that made good use of service personel engaged in various activities to convey a sense of expertise, knowledge and action.

Design wasn’t the only aspect of this project. There was a requirement for heavy backend functionality with a large 500+ repository of documents, videos and pdf’s that needed to be easily accessible and easily managed by their staff.  Speed must also be maintained even with a large database and heavy use of images and sliders… we maintained over 90 Google Page Speed scores for most pages.

Sometimes more than half of our work is already competed by the time we start a site… because the finished design is approved as a moodboard and wireframe first. Clients are always comfortable with our design approach.. before we even start working on their site.
